My new home in Old Town North, built by the FR team, is absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t be more pleased. The house design was thoughtfully planned and is working well now that it’s not just a plan or model. This is a very livable home, but the best parts are the attention they gave to all the little details. The finishes are perfectly coordinated. The tile work, floors, paint, and fixtures were all excellently chosen and carefully installed. The cabinets are so beautifully crafted and the appliances are great (the dishwasher plays a little chime when it’s done – rather than the typical ‘BEEP!’). It feels very much like a custom home, built to my high standards, just for me.
This team is just so excellent I can’t begin to describe them adequately in a few sentences. Working with Devin, Andrew, and Mendy has been a pleasure. They listened carefully and followed through every time. Everything from making the package and color choices to coordinating the sale and move from my previous home were all very smooth and well supported. Kevin and the building crew have been very responsive since I moved in and thoughtful in letting me know when some of the final details are getting finished up. This isn’t my first home or even my first newly built home and I can confidently say that buying a new home from FR has turned out to be one of the best choices I have made in my home-buying journey through life.

“Seamless”
My experience at this property was exceptional. I received an email describing how to get in and once I arrived at the door everything worked perfectly and I did not have to contact anyone. The space was very clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend and then some. We could walk to all the bars and restaurants downtown and most importantly walk back. We did not experience any hiccups whatsoever and I will definitely choose to stay here next time I am in Fort Collins!

“BEST choice for lodging”
This Condo was everything we expected and much more. Spotless on arrival with temperature already set to our liking (cool). With a 10 day visit to Fort Collins we definitely feel this Condo was the BEST choice for lodging. We were there with a softball team with many parents that reserved condos and none of them were as Nice, Clean, & Up to date as ours. Many shopping options within walking distance. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Bedding clean and cozy. Washer and Dryer came in handy. My hat goes off to the Owners for keeping this Condo as Beautiful as it was. Thanks!

“Comfortable and plenty of space”
We really liked our stay at this house. It was in the perfect location for us and really close to grocery stores too. The layout of the house was nice to have a couple of families in, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to find somewhere quiet. The manager Ravi was very helpful and answered all my over-planned questions. We had some friends who also stayed here that recommended the place to us – you’ll also read their review below.

We have stayed here for 4 days with our 3 year old son. It was a perfect solution. He slept in the bedroom, me and my husband on the fold out sofa in the main room. Walking around town with a stroller couldn’t be easier because this place is 2 blocks from the town center with bars, restaurants, entertainment. Everything as described including TV, internet. Because we were with the toddler having private kitchen with the freezer, microwave and stove was priceless. Nice green neighborhood, parking seen from the window. I would recommend it to anyone.

We just finished our 4 night stay in this spacious, well stocked and clean condo. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to biking/walking trails. We loved having a grocery store and other small shops only a couple of blocks away. We would definitely stay here again!

“Will be booking again!”
Ravi was SUPER accommodating. We had a few special requests come up and he responded with no hesitation! The condo was very modern and you couldn’t get a better location. All the restaurants and fun was within walking distance. We even got lucky enough to be there while the taste of Fort Collins was going on 1 block away. We had a GREAT time and will be booking again.
