About Old Town North
Just north of Downtown Fort Collins, FR was privileged to purchase and rejuvenate the stalled Old Town North Community in 2013. From 2013 to 2016 FR built 50 high end single family homes ranging from $350,000-$650,000.
The homes FR featured in Old Town North were truly unique to northern Colorado and the absolute first of their kind in Fort Collins.
