The new home Sales Agent will assist onsite with daily duties, including but not limited to:
- Opening and closing the models and inventory homes
- Qualifying buyers and assisting them in their decision making process
- Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits
- Providing product and pricing information
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
- Maintain community marketing materials
- Assist with community events and marketing
Must have:
- Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (weekends required)
