This position covers all facets of construction from site layout to final punch list and requires high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination and supervision of all construction related activates onsite<\/li>\n<li>Development and maintenance of the job site schedule and workflow<\/li>\n<li>Works well with other disciplines in a manner that builds productive relationships<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of company floor plans, products and options<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task well, meet strict deadlines and work in a fast paced environment is a must<\/li>\n<li>Team player that is willing to help assist the team and help maintain a positive and fun environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of jobsite superintendent experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the various phases of the construction process<\/li>\n<li>Must be energetic and customer focused with a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be organized and detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>City of Ft Collins contractor license not required but a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The right candidate will posses:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High integrity<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Energetic<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, outgoing personality and professional demeanor<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Strives for continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Position will include company vehicle, phone and competitive compensation depending on experience.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fr-corp.com\/development\/careers#career-contact\">Upload Your Resume<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FR Development is growing rapidly and currently hiring for a full-time Superintendent with experience in residential construction.
